Dr. Tom Bench is a Neurologic Pediatric Chiropractor with a heart for families and a mission to unlock the full potential in every child. He’s a Certified Craniopath (CC) with international certification through SOT® Methodsand holds a Pediatric and Family Care certificationfrom The Pediatric Experience.

SOT® Methods (Sacro Occipital Technic) is a whole-body approach that integrates cranial, spinal, extremity, and organ systems. Dr. Bench is trained to adjust from head to toe — including the cranial bones and extremities — using both structural and reflexive techniques. One key tool, CMRT (Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique), connects spinal misalignments to organ function for deeper, whole-body healing.

Before beginning care, every patient receives a detailed evaluation — including advanced neurologic scans — so each plan is based on real data, not guesswork. At Evolution Chiropractic, Dr. Bench blends science, compassion, and collaboration to help families not just heal, but thrive.

He’s completed 495 + hours of advanced pediatric and prenatal trainingthrough PX Docs and SOT® Methods, and holds degrees from Palmer College of Chiropractic(Doctor of Chiropractic) and BYU–Idaho(B.A.).

Dr. Bench also serves as Ex-Officio President of SORSI (Sacro Occipital Research Society International) and Vice President of the Idaho Association of Chiropractic Physicians (IACP) — roles that allow him to advance the profession and mentor other doctors.

Outside the office, Dr. Bench is a competitive speaker and national medalist in speech and debate. He loves running, being outdoors, tinkering with his motorcycle, and — most of all — spending time with his wife and six kids.

Whether on stage, on the trail, or in the adjusting room, his greatest passion is the same: helping every child and every pregnant mom experience their fullest, healthiest potential.

Her three beautiful children are the center of her world, and her love for them fuels her unwavering commitment to personal growth and self-reflection. Arianne’s journey of improvement and self-understanding is truly inspiring, and it’s that same energy and care that she brings to our team.

She is currently pursuing her college education online, demonstrating strong discipline and commitment while also pouring into her role here at Evolution. She has a love for learning and is continually looking for ways to grow her knowledge and ability to serve others well.

Outside the office, Cate enjoys spending time outdoors, where she finds balance and renewal in nature. Her calm, focused presence and passion for people make her a valued part of our team.

Adilyn brings a strong passion for health, movement, and the outdoors. She enjoys camping, fishing, hiking, and four-wheeling, as well as snowboarding and snowmobiling during the winter months.

She values an active lifestyle and believes in the importance of supporting the body through movement and nutrition. Her interest in healthcare comes from a desire to help others feel their best and better understand their health.

Adilyn is currently pursuing a nursing degree and is excited to grow her knowledge of the human body while developing her ability to care for and connect with patients at Evolution.
